On DPS we had the chance to visit the ILM studio in London and attended a presentation from several staff members where we got insight into the filmmaking process at ILM. They each spoke about their journey into ILM and the kind of work they currently do within the company.
They also outlined some of their hiring programs such as the Jedi Academy.

Overall this was a great opportunity to learn more about the company and their hiring opportunities, especially as someone who had no knowledge of them before. This made me aware of how much more research I need to do into different companies and the industry as a whole.
